WORKSHOP UNG – Tissu and acrobatics

Welcome to WORKSHOP UNG – an exciting offer for children and young people who want to explore aerial acrobatics, acrobatics and movement in a safe, creative and inspiring environment.

Through monthly workshops, participants develop strength, coordination, balance and body awareness, while experiencing mastery, community and the joy of movement. The offer is suitable for both beginners and those who already have experience in dance, gymnastics, circus or other forms of movement.

Learn to fly with tissu

Tissu is a form of aerial acrobatics where you climb, hang and move in long fabric strips that are attached to the ceiling. Through play, technique and creative expression, participants learn basic skills in aerial acrobatics and experience how strength, balance and elegance can be combined in the air. You do not need any prior knowledge to participate – the lessons are adapted to the individual’s level, so that everyone gets challenges and experiences that suit their experience and skills.

More than aerial acrobatics

In addition to tissu, participants also get to try acrobatics and body pyramids with instructor Serhii Vankevych. Through exercises on the floor and in collaboration with other participants, strength, coordination, confidence and cooperation skills are developed. This combination of aerial acrobatics and acrobatics provides a varied and exciting offer that is equally suitable for boys and girls.

Safe, social and inclusive

At R.E.D. we want to create an environment where everyone feels welcome. The workshops emphasize mastery over achievement, and participants are encouraged to explore new skills at their own pace. Here you will meet other children and young people with an interest in movement, creativity and circus arts, and you will have the opportunity to develop yourself together with professional instructors in a safe environment.
