Welcome to R.E.D.
R.E.D. (Residency Eina Danz) is a regional, national, and international arena for the development, production, and dissemination of art and culture, located in Innlandet. R.E.D. aims to foster and facilitate artistic collaboration across borders and disciplines, with a primary focus on residency activities, competence development, and exchange. R.E.D. may also engage in other activities that naturally fall within this scope, such as collaborations with and participation in other organizations. R.E.D. is part of the national infrastructure for dance art in Norway. The company has a non-economic purpose and cannot distribute dividends.
What's happening
On April 26th at 1:15 PM, we invite children and young people aged 6–25 to an exciting and inspiring workshop in tissu (aerial acrobatics), where you will explore movement, strength and balance hanging from the ceiling in fabric.
You will have the opportunity to learn basic techniques and move elegantly and acrobatically in the air – without any prior experience required!
Ella has been a guest with Helle Therese in Seriøs Podkast. An interesting conversation about the journey from ballet life to the establishment of R.E.D., and the choices along the way that have shaped the path there.
More events
R.E.D. offers a free summer residency between May 1 and September 5, and has opened applications for the 2027 residency. All Norwegian and international artists and groups who have a project they want to work on are welcome to apply.
The residency ends with a public screening / performance / discourse / workshop on the artist's terms. The scheme applies to all artists, regardless of art field.
Application deadline: March 15, 2027.
R.E.D. UNG is R.E.D.'s initiative to engage children and young people in high-quality artistic projects.
Through four different projects over three years, we want to strengthen the dance and performing arts community in the region, and offer both breadth and depth - from low-threshold offerings to talent development in professional productions.
We’re always looking for engaged and positive people who want to contribute as volunteers at R.E.D.
Whether you’d like to help out during the RIFF Festival, be part of the magical atmosphere at the Einawood X-Mas Show, or support other events, there are many exciting tasks you can take part in.
As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to meet new people, learn more about how we work with events – and most importantly: be an essential part of a creative and inclusive community.
